Sales Description:

Jacek TAL is a 17.1 hand 2021 bay Oldenburg gelding. He’s by the late dressage superstar, Jovian, and out of a Brentano II mare that is a maternal sister to a Grand Prix dressage horse. We bred and raised him, and have done all of his training. He’s been showing at the training level in dressage at rated shows with wins and top ribbons every time out, with many nice comments from the judges and spectators. He’s shown seven or eight times at both rated and schooling shows, so he’s had a good bit of experience off the farm. He’s schooling first level at home, and learning shoulder-in and haunches-in. He enjoys working and does not tire easily, but tends toward being a quiet horse. He’s a big, powerful horse, with a talent for collection and an excellent canter. However, he is an easy going guy to ride, and would love his own amateur rider. We’ve asked him for lead changes a few times and he gives them like he’s done it every day of his life, so changes are very natural for him. He’s an absolute puppy dog on the ground, loves cookies and attention! Like all of our youngsters, we have brought him along carefully to allow him to grow up, and even now, he only works three or four times per week.
